Do these need replacing?

Was up at the roof clearing out the guttering as was full of moss, and noticed there was a few tiles damaged and some cement was loose.

Would you advise the damaged tiles are replaced?

Is the cement pointing anything to worry about?

How urgent would you advise I get these done?

Also can anyone advise what brand and model of tikes they are as I want to get a tile vent so I can install an extractor fan in the bathroom

Probably may as well , father Christmas will soon be clambering over them and may bust more.... They have been like it for a while so a short time more may be ok

I found some spare tiles in the garden and looked at the back of them and they state Marley, but not which model of Marley.

Are these different to the Redlands? Or are they interchangeable, is the roof definitely redland?

If in fact they are Marley, what style of Marley are they?

Post a picture of the top of the tile.
Redland Grove bury are nearly the same as Marley Mendip.
They will go in but not perfectly
