What is it with you and Google?

You've got OCD ... Or should it be OGD.

I've no intention of going over the same old tired ground again ... If anyone wants my perspective on this one there are many threads they can search for (look for GP).

Well done Mega, you are learning to accept that the Great Joe-90 is unbeatable in a debate.

Whenever I come across forum members mass debating, it's always joe-90 who's standing proud.

I would like to see 24/7 shift pattern, I used to do a 12hrs 5 shift rota which the most you do is 3 & 2 days + nightshifts for a 37.5 hrs working week with 12 weeks break per year! but you would needs at least 5 doctors to make it workable, I'm sure this would also take the pressure off the A & E. It's the best shift pattern I ever worked

Not financially viable ... Too little demand for a 24/7 service at every practice IMO.

If you are that sick out of hours that you can't wait until surgery hours the next day do yourself a favour ... Go to A&E.
