Dodgy Door Frame Finishing

I've been refurbing my bathroom and suddenly realised why the tiles didn't go up to the door frame before I started as the frame is out (explains why the door is always jamming). I just wondered if anyone had any thoughts as to how best to finish around the door frame as I will end up with a small gap at the top and them big at the bottom.

If they are proud of the frame ,what would a quadrant or metal trim look like?
