Seriously though, found this in a classroom today, teacher says its been like that for months

Almost as scary as when i found 110V between the cases of two PC's
On enquiry the teacher told me that the kids had been saying that if they touched them both together they would get a tingle
Turned out the CPC for the ring was broken, so the combined earth leakage was there for all to touch.
