Hi All

I am having a shower pump fitted next week, and I have some pipes leading to the shower where the soldering on the joints looks suspect. It doesn't leak at all, but I am concerned that once the water is at a higher pressure due to the shower pump that it might start to leak. Is there anything I can do to prevent this happening?? Is there something I can use to make sure the joint holds.

Just to confirm, the pipe doesn't leak and doesn't look like it ever has, I just want to make sure in the future it doesn't, without having to replace the pipes.

Thanks In Advance

if the pipe is full slip into the fitting and the solder has run all the way round it then it wont leak

What makes you suspect this one joint, yet trust the dozens of others in your home?
