Does anyone know the correct name for these concrete posts?

Need to know correct technical name for these steel reinforced concrete pots to go around edge of the garden. I have tried in vain to find out hwere I can get them on the internet so thought some DIY'er out there must know and where to get 'em. View media item 2509

Similar to spurs, but spurs are usually a different shape up top.

Looks like a 4"x4" round top concrete line post to me. No idea of suppliers down sarf though, sorry.
 
I am sure I saw these in Selco builers merchant. They have branches all over.

Hog - intermediate post for strained wire fencing, or intermediate post for chain-linked fencing; sizes 1.5m or longer. Yours seems to have an old bolt in the top hole, how many other holes are there?
