Does anyone know what these pipes might be for?

Hi there
I need some help please,
We have just moved into a new house and there is old shed which we want to take down. No issues there, but when I have looked into it today it has two white capped off pipes coming out of the ground.

There is obviously a mains double socket which will be removed by an electrician but I have no idea what these two pipes could contain.
Any ideas what they could be for? Water? electrics? something else?

Anyone seen anything like this before? A simple removal of a shed is turning into a bit of a nightmare

Are they plastic? Look a bit like electrical conduit to me.

Yes they are plastic (white plastic pipes)

Ok thats a bit odd then, why did the previous owner fit armored cable to the double socket and then have two capped conduits to nothing.. . . .. very odd

I will do, I was more concerned that it hid hot and cold water pipes, which would have been a nightmare to remove
