Hello all, nice kind people
Does anyone know what type or profile of skirting board this please?
Or even better where I can purchase a few metres (UK)?

Just redecorating a bedroom and removed the wardrobes and found the skirting missing.

however chances of getting anything matching is very remote

How long a run do you want? A local wood machinist would probably run you out a few lengths

Effin' expensive if they don't have the spindle cutters in stock.

I asked my local timber merchant to replicate 3m of picture rail. They explained that the custom made blades would be £275 ex VAT, before they even started to machine the timber. In the end, I b'stadised off the shelf moldings. It wasn't perfect, but the customer was happy.

The thing that irked me was that the people who built the cupboards that I had to remove hadn't left the old picture rail on the floor under the units.

Definitely Ovolo, i fitted in our Bungalow it is the only skirting board profile I like, I bought it from Magnet Kitchens oddly!

The sort of thing, when I only want a few m I make with hand planes - including my old wooden hollows and rounds, some of which were made at the back-end of the 1700's! Shape the main rebates (which can also be done with a power planer with a fence), and then take out the radiuses....
