We are looking at the idea of building a wall (just plasterboard not brick) to create a small space off the kitchen. Will we require any sort of panning permission or need to comply with any building regulations or alike?
Just to point out. It is only an internal wall to make the kitchen a little smaller and create a seperate space for the boiler and washing machine etc...
No building regs required for the wall, but will be required for any electrics. Also, if new area is a room, may required ventilation, but not if a cupboard
