In my opinion it is a delusion. A one that helped us deal with the complexities and seemingly unexplainable in a time when our knowledge of life, the universe and everything was at a minimum and provided a comfort to the dumbfounded. We don't need it anymore.

Oh my god! (excuse the pun!). 'In your opinion'! Thank the lord (sorry, it's my username taking over), you're actually starting to state 'in your opinion'. It's a start, it's a start.

are they dunbfounded but all the athiests and agnotites are not dumbfounded,
