Does this kind of lock exist?

Hello.

I'm looking for a lock that takes the quickest time to open and close, so I'm guessing something like the keyhole side of a night-latch on both sides that only requires a quarter turn of the key to open (not a knob/handle/thumb turn on one side like normal night latches) and just a pull of the door to lock it with no key required. Does this or something similar exist?

Thank you.

No, as stated, it needs to be something that needs a key to open on both sides and also be secure on both sides, i.e. not be able to simply unscrew the mechanism from one side or the other.

I assume from the lack of replies that a two-sided automatic closing spring-lock doesn't exist, so looks like I will have to settle for a non-spring lock.

Does a two way cam-lock exist, like in the image in the link below?

This would be the next quickest solution as, although it would require the key to lock the door, it only requires a quarter turn.

If even this doesn't exist, then maybe a mortice deadlock/euro profile cylinder setup, but the edge of the door is only 25cm wide?

Found the one below, but it's not 'cheap'!

Below is exactly the same scenario of how the lock is to be used.

Thank you for the advice.
