I was asking how the car would get into the timber building.
Surely it’ll be quieter if the cars are inside?

If you make a complaint, that gets investigated, the neighbour will most likely guess it was you, and if it gets confirmed that it's AOK you now have the building AND a p******* off neighbour who is not likely to take much care to be a considerate neighbour when they now think you are an a***
Be careful what you wish for......
Maybe there could be a number of neighbours who it affects
