Doing a number 2

We need a new bathroom but before it's put in we'll have to have new tiling or skimming and a new section of soil pipe going to the outside.
I'm guessing it'll take a couple of days or so and the loo won't be available.
Now I don't mind having a wee in a bucket but not a no 2. How have others solved this "problem"?
Hired a chemical toilet? Do plumbers make a special effort to put the bog in first with just a bit of tiling behind?
I suppose we could go on a fast.
Don't say use the neighbours toilet - I don't like 'em

Couple of nights at a local B&B? That's what we did while the house was treated for woodworm.

Toilet can be temp fixed for a day or 2, especially if it's the only one in the house. As long as there's an adequate connection to the soil then it can be flushed with a bucket of water for overnight needs.

Put a bag in a bucket, add newspaper & CRAP. Builders will use a cement bag.

Have a dump in builder's bucket and tip it in manhole. Builder ****ed off for having a dump in his bucket lol!

Thanks for all your replies. Have just thought of another solution:
Wear an adult nappy.
Only trouble will be getting my trousers over it.
Do you think the plumber would mind me walking about with just the
nappy on?
