Domestic Garage Refit - Window/Door Finishing

Hi Folks, I'm currently 80% of the way through a domestic garage refit. I've laid professional warehouse flooring tiles, battened and clad the walls with PVC slatwall so I can hang whatever, wherever and I've fit a small IKEA kitchen for storage and light duty workbench. So far so good

My problem, however, is how do I finish around the window and internal door. They're both now surrounded with PVC slatwall cladding (see attached photos). How can I finish those off so that it looks professional, any hints/tips greatly appreciated.
