Trump finally decides to attack Venezuela because Maduro mocked his dancing. And then he decides which regime will run that country based on whichever leader creeps up to him the most. He lets Putin have Ukraine because Zelensky wouldn't manufacture dirt on Biden.

This isn't the way that massive decisions should be made.
