My, oh my. What have I started. This is quite serious you know. I dont there are loads really but who knows we have seen it, or them, just the silvery lines. My mum is not home till Thursday so dont know what state the carpet is in, I will print this lot off to show her. I'm sure she will be amused.
PLEASE though, no need for the gory pics, I feel sick.
Thanks again and I will get her some slug pellets to try. One thing I didnt mention. She has a wooden floorboards not a concrete floor, some off these near the outside wall were replace a few years ago as they were springy, please dont say they can be living under there. Well????

of course they could be living in the floor. didn't I suggest that?
have a look under a board, e.g. under the stairs where it is probably not carpeted and see how damp it is.
have you looked for airbricks, cracked walls, outhouses and gaps round pipes yet?
