Door binding? Old hinge? Help!

Hi all, this door makes a very loud creak/popping sound when opening it. I've tried to pack out the bottom hinge a bit but to no avail...the hinge itself is very rusty and wondering if that would help? Could it be the pin? Thanks all for any advice!
