Door furniture recommendations

The previous owners of our house seem to have used cheap quality hinges, handles and latches.

Just wondered if you could recommend good quality replacements for a joiner to replace them with please?

Thanks. Looks like it's a minefield in terms of quality, grade and such. Grade 304 and 316 are quite important I guess? Any suggestions from anyone would be great please.

Eurospec by Carlisle Brass stuff is pretty good, and well priced. We used it throughout our house.
