Hello again, I'm hanging 8 Fire doors and two points I'm pondering on if you could help please. 1) What is the correct height of the door handle latch from the floor please. There is no info on the doors although I've got two advisory measurements of 890mm from floor and 1m from floor.... and 2) I have got FSC timber for the door to shut against (door stop) and my Building inspector said I can nail or screw it. What is the norm for this please

screw the stops on,because if there is any movement in the future at least you have a fighting chance of adjusting the stops,if nailed your fubared.
