Hi looking for some info regarding paint my door step. I am having trouble with the paint peeling. I first tried international primed it first then painted over the top, this peeled off. I thought the paint may have been a problem but after trying ronseal diamond hard its doing the same again any ideas? any help is much appreciated.

Are you certain both paints were for exterior use?
Did you scrape off all loose paint, rub down and wipe with white spirit etc?
Unfortunately door step paint and floor paint does tend to flake off a lot anyway, usually best to leave the surface as bare concrete in my opinion, as it is a job for life.
