We have one at work that has engineers code to get access.
We also have another with SIM card in. You take front off and get Id number then use app.

Use ai.
I just asked Gemini and it brought up instructions and master codes

Looks like a keypad from the CBB style range …from late 1990s to only a few years ago ….

If it's one I think it is,.....

You need to open it up, and set the codes using little jumper links, on the PCB. There are two codes able to be set, one for normal users, the other an engineer's entry code. A small rotary adjuster, sets how long, once the code is entered - how long it operates the unlock for.

The bewator K42 was like this ….it had no programming code as it is done via jumpers …. Still available

So I’ve managed to put a new code in
5 digit user code x2 - *01 new code then # but I can’t delete the old code

Looking up.
You have to factory reset keypad if you don't know old code. That's the only way to delete it.
If you do know old code there is instructions how to overwrite it.
Would that be a mm200 keypad?

I have attempted to reset by posting down and moving the jumper across but little success. I have also manually cleared all slots with little avail.
All I have now is a keypad with the new code and old one existing
