
Grey should be permanent live. Brown is 230v on call for heat240v on the grey when a call for heat ,it then moved to put 240v on orange

That’s a programmer, not a thermostat. If one heating zone is working, then I doubt it’s the programmer. As per my previous post, you need 240 on brown of motorised valve when heat is calling. Is the lever on the motorised valve (mv) stiff or loose? Which mv do you have?Hot water is working, so is one heating zone. The second zone isn't working. The display on the stat has also gone blank.
