hi, I know this is a difficult question with many variables but I'm just after a rough guide so I can see if it's in my budget or not !
Basically, were in a detached house, and are thinking of a garage directly on the side (14ft door -electric?) 16ft width by 36ft deep (length of house)+ upvc window/door out of garage into garden. We'd also like 1 room above (a games room) the same dimension as the garage. Large window in front /rear. The roof line would follow on the existing pattern. Obviously, the garage/room would need electric, and the room would need plastering.
We live in East Yorkshire.
Any help is much appreciated, just after a few ideas really as I've never had any thing like this before!
