Hello All
The lock on my double glazed kitchen window is broke and can not open window now.
The window was open and the wife found the lower shoot bolt had snapped and was just hanging. She thought it would be a good idea to push it back up and pull window shut which now means when you try to open the window the top and middle unlock but the lower part is stuck.
Any ideas please.
