I currently have two consumer units fed from the meter via a DP tails connection block (100A).
Can you get a DP 100A isolation switch that can replace the connection block :- i.e it will take 2L and 2N tails on the output side ? I believe some companies specify an isolation switch these days.

No you can't.

You could have a switch installed between the meter and the henley block, but I don't know why you'd want to.

Seems to me it's better to have an isolation switch than to call out the company to remove the company fuse when you need to do (or have done) work on the CU.

In Spain, the consumr unit has a separate "company" section with an isolation switch and company fuse.

How often do you need to work on your consumer side meter tails?

It's just four unnecessary connections just waiting to fail as far as I'm concerned.
