DOW 785N silicone

What's the issue with this at the moment? Doesn't seem to be any stock anywhere.

Anyone recommend another decent neutral cure sanitary silicone?

Screwfix hasn't any DC785 in stock, so bought the no nonsense equivalent. I don't expect it to be as good.
