Looks like the brown and black are connected to the switch and the grey is just sleeved but not connected. Looks like it is a neutral, or could be made into one.
Looks to me that grey (sleeved brown) is also connected to the switch, but is 'hiding' behind another wire.
Especially as we have been told it is a 2 way switch.
