Downlights in wet shower room

we have a wet shower room with a downlight in the ceiling above the shower area - see pictures attached below (hopefully).
I am unsure how to get the bulb out to replace it (it works at the minute, but for future info) & also wondering if the light should be that far away from the ceiling ?
would ask installer, but can't get hold of them ....

looks like an ip 65 jobbie,you need to take the whole light down and get at the bulb from the inside,there should also be a rubber seal between the light surround and the ceiling,from the photos it looks a bit naughty at the moment,it should be a good tight fit
 
Sometimes you need to unscrew the chrome bezel to get at the lamp.

It may be stiff to start with as there will be a rubber seal between the bezel and fitting body
