Evening gents can anybody give me a rough idea of the price, i live in a1960 3 bed semi, 4 ceiling lights 1 wall light and 3 switches no earth to any of these. thanks

Do you need a new consumer unit as well? New meter tails and main earthing terminal?
Have you got laminate or fitted carpet in the upstairs rooms?
If the existing switch drops and wall lights aren't in conduit, do you want chisel out and make good, or surface wiring?

1960 suggests there will be conduit switch drops - this is when things were done properly.
If a house, what are the upstairs floorboards like?
Are they tounge+groove?

Possibly that old slip conduit with bends and kinks and dents in, down which it will be impossible to pull new T/E cable...
