Downstairs toilet and kitchen door question :)

Hi,

Simple question, how many doors do you have to have between your kitchen and downstairs toilet? I have no kitchen door, just an archway in to it and am building an extension that has a toilet in. The toilet obviously has a door.

I've done a search on here and tried to decipher the building regs and I'm pretty sure you don't need 2 doors any more but want to be sure. The toilet door won't open in to the kitchen, it is located around a corner in a corridor at a lower level than the kitchen.

Any help would be appreciated.
