I am having kitchen redone and because of the way the old layout was, the waste from the downstairs toilet went through the wall and it in to the kitchen,

This can no longer happen, i can just put it straight through the wall because of the gas box on the outside wall!

Due to the tightness of space is it possible to do 32mm to 21mm (using a reducer and then outside

It is only a small basin and does not get much water through, would using 21mm pipe be ok?

Presume you mean the basin and not the WC!
Two incoming supply pipes 15mm (hot and cold) and one 21 mm outlet pipe.
So what will happen if both taps are on full and the overflow comes into play when the basin fills?
Up to you.

If I turned my 2 taps on full in the clock room, I would have more water on the floor than the bowl.

Anything's possible provided you're willing to put up with any disadvantages. In this case slow draining and inability of system to drain faster than the taps can feed water into the sink.

Not a good idea, it should be able to discharge water from fully open taps without overflowing.

Can't you connect waste from basin to soil pipe from toilet?

Why can't you enlarge the hole ?

Daniel.

The issue I have is the space getting outside with the gas box on the outside of the house.

It may be possible to go into the soil pipe

How about if i ran with the idea, but reduced from 32 to 21mm and then when outside again and space permitting run it back to 32mm, would that help?

That won't work why not get a spray tap and save water too

This is the current set up that i currently have with regards to the toilet, this soil stack does not go through the wall but seems to finish in the wall and go down.

Could i fit a collar boss on to this waste pipe as shown?, i have seen a waste collar with a 32 screw fitting,

Would i have problems replacing this collar , or would it just be easier to use the collar boss on the waste pipe?
