Does anyone know the requirements for DPC around sash timber windows when installed in solid walls?
Only guidance I can find about DPC requirements out there is for cavity walls and BC requires vertical and around the cavity DPC. In our case above the window there is a balcony overhanging about 70cm so there is virtually no rain falling on it ever.
