DPC in Garage

Can anybody help me please

I am planning an extension which will include a garage. I realise I will need DPC in walls but do I need a dpc under the garage floor which will be 100mmm concrete on 100mm hardcore

yes. you will need to install a 1200 gauge dpm (damp proof membrane) under the floor slab.
