Hi all,
Quick question:
When you remove a few rows of bricks from above the foundation, to make space for an RSJ bottom beam, you also remove the DPC layer along the length of the removed bricks. How do you prevent moisture from creeping up? Do you add a damp proof membrane in the RSJ slot?
Thanks
