Mid 50’s house, around the outside brick pillars I can see a DPC 100% about 2 rows of bricks up.
Inside solid concrete floor, did have bitumen and parquet. Dry and dusty.
Someone said that they only put DPC on the outside perimeter in them days, and the bitumen on the floor was the DPM.?
If you have a DPC that you can physically see, would this always not be under the slab as well? So it would have a DPM?
