DPM Skirt and floor DPM

Hi all

my walls went up before the floor slab, bricklayer left a DPM skirt

i just want to know does the DPM I am laying over the sand binding go under the DPM Skirt or over the DPM skirt.

Doesn't matter, but it should be lapped, folded and taped.
