Anybody tried one of these?

I don't have rats here as far as I know, but with three toilets in a bungalow, would like to put some kind of barrier where my drains go off into next door's side (I am at the top of the chain).

This seems to be a copy of this amazing Danish kit I saw a video about on YouTube. Unfortunately, the Danes want about 300 quid.

I have reservations about whether these will let all the **** and tissue through day after day without seizing or getting snarled up. Then again, seems to have decent reviews...

I can see that one getting clogged up with tissue being caught by the teeth and so then it will not shut properly
