Hi there,
i currently have this bodged in my kitchen

Iam changing my kitchen in to a bathroom and want to connect a toilet to this, will be getting a plumber involved just want to get ahead first

Is this some sort of ground trap?
I think the black pipe connects to a man hole

The two side brown outlets don't go anywhere

What is it?

cant tell for sure but that looks like a back inlet gulley. google pics for floplast D540 or similar installs to get the idea.
first clear aany debris from the gulley.look outside for any manhole an open it up then run some water down the gulley an see if it shows in the m/hole.
