drainage have i ball'sed up

At the bottom of my soil stack i have an elbow so the pipe comes out the wall .
Should I have a large swept bend

i have screeded the floor but not fitted the toilets yet
would you take it all out and replace it

One would normally fit a rest bend like this:

Just fit an inspection fitting directly above like this:

And if you haven`t got room for the cleaning eye - as noseall suggested- leave it out and don`t worry. Just don`t tell any building officials ;) The swept bend is more to do with a single stack working "properly" as are the other limits to it`s pipework. In the real world there is a LOT of stacks like yours - and no problems with blocking etc. I would only clean a pipe run from Inside a house( via an access) as a last resort.
