Hi

I have a problem with my heating system which i am sure is fairly common in older houses.
The drain point for the heating system is on the kitchen rad, the problem i have is most of the pipes run under the concrete floor so there is a lot of water lower than the drain point, the last time i re-routed a pipe it was a nightmare dealing with the remaining water in the system.

I am thinking of getting a small pump to suck out the water?
What do you use and is there an easy way of doing this?

Thanks

Wet and dry vac.

Blow it out.

Stick a small tube down the pipe and siphon it out.

take your pick.

Thanks for that, i don't have a wet vac but im sure someone i know will have one, i will go down that route, will save a lot of hassle.....
