one of the windows in my house has a noticable gap between the window metal frame for the window and the metal frame in the wall. where the window would usually pull tight againts the seal it leaves a gap of probably 5mm letting in cold air and noise.
Am I right in thinking that I just need to replace the hinges on that window?
