Hi All

This is my first post, so be gentle with me.

My RF2 thermostat is reading a lower temperature than it shoud, it reads about 14°C when it's actually 20 ish. This means the heating comes on too early and its coming on at night when the stat thinks it's below 7°C.

I have tried new batteries to no avail.

If it is dead, can I replace it with +2 version retaining my old reciever? One like this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Iflo-Digi...ooling_Air&hash=item258dbdb0e8#ht_1154wt_1190
Cheers

Glen

It all depends on how old your thermostat is, as Drayton changed the frequency used a few years ago. It should say on the back of the stat/receiver what frequency they operate at. Both devices have to use the same frequency.

You will have to "pair" the new stat and old receiver, so they can communicate. Instructions will be in the installation manual.
