Drayton SCR issue. No lights. Possible wiring.

Hi folks.

My Drayton SCR receiver is not working. Hot water is fine, just no central heating. It looks like there is no power on the receiver and there are no lights illuminated at any time (including when the rf stat is calling for heat).I replaced the batteries in the stat and moved this to within 1 metre of the receiver, but no success. I also tried turning off the boiler at the mains and turning on again with buttons one and two pressed down, but this didn't resolve the issue. I've taken off the receiver unit and I've included a snap of the wiring. Could this be the issue, or could it be a problem with the receiver or the boiler? Many thanks.

I wasn't sure if the wiring was correct. It looks like the earth to the boiler is not connected.

The wiring looks correct enough to function, though has hardly been professionally installed. If you have 240V across the L and N terminals then the receiver is faulty and will need to be replaced. If you join the wires in the terminals marked 1 and 3 together then turn the mains back on, the heating should come on.
