For a few days now something has gone wrong with my heating, the central heating works absolutely fine when switched on,but when the hot water is on aswell that's not working the water runs hot for about 3 minutes then freezing cold! I've tried putting the Emersion heater on to warm it up that's not working either has anybody got any ideas what to do?thank you

Nothing at all, still stone cold :/ I've rung the gasman to come and look at it
He says it could be a loose valve(at least that's what I'm hoping for)
