I suspect my zone valves may be the source of a problem 5 plumbers have not been able to fix. Maybe I should have consulted electricians. Anyway, after an "on" period, when the heating or hot water zone valves close, it generates on the boiler a "pump or low pressure" warning and permanently locks out the boiler. Until I disconnect the power temporarily and then operate the boiler reset. Then the whole process repeats. There is nothing wrong with either the pump or the pressure. The pressure sensor has been replaced and the old one has been tested serviceable. If anyone out there can help it might prevent me going nuts.
