Dried grout on porcelain tiles

Any ideas on how to get rid of dried grout on textured porcelain wall tiles please?

Lovely.
That's going to be fun now it's dried..

If it's waterproof grout then scrape off.
If not a steam cleaner will soften it..

this is not of my doing. I have 4 m2 to clean but it is coming off with a cloth dipped in red hot water. Thank you for your support. Have a good week ahead

White spirit on a rag for final wipe.
If you use damp cloth its forever going white when dried. The white spirit won't though as not water

Wooden spatula can help with any lumps .
