Dried lines of paint

Removed a dado rail and I'm left with a built up dried lines of paint where the rail was, is there a paint product out there that can be painted over the imperfection as I can still see the lines after light sanding.

There is a product, it's called preparation.

Sand paper and a block.

Sandpaper it down to get rid of the edge. Get some fine filler and feather it out so the lowest part is filled FLAT to the thickest part

Alas, as the other have said - elbow grease. Feel free to use an orbital sander if you don't mind the mess!
