Drilling into a splashback

Does anyone know the best/safest way to drill into a splashback to fit a shower screen without damaging it?

Drill into ceramic tiles?

Slow speed, no hammer action

It will probably be toughend if it is it will just shatter. You cannot cut or drill toughend glass. If it has a kitemark/stamp on it it is toughend.
