Im building a stud partion directly under a Lintel and I need to fix the top rail onto the lintel is it ok to drill a couple of fixing holes,
Thanks in advance.

Get yourself a good sds drill and avoid the steel reinforcing, as concrete on its own is useless under stress! Drill the holes in the centreline of the lintel and you should be ok.
