Question about concrete lintel above a window.

probably a stupid question but,, my workshop has a 1.75m wide window in with a 2.1m (i think) 6inch concrete lintel above it....

there is a gap between the top of window and lintel, i have a piece of pvc to cover it and was wondering can i drill into this lintel to fix a baton then screw the pvc onto that baton??

If the window is a pvcu fella then why don't you fit a knock-on to the top of the window?

A knock-on is a specific plastic profile which can be added to the frames of windows and doors etc. These knock-on profiles are available in varying thicknesses and once fitted appear as though the head of the door or window is simply thicker.
